WHAT WE BELIEVE

As a church we are part of both London Baptists and the Baptist Union of Great Britain.

As part of this wider Baptist family across the UK, we find our identity rooted in our Declaration of Principle. 

 This statement is inspired by some of Jesus’ most famous words to his followers, found at the end of Matthew’s Gospel.

In these words, Jesus invites people to follow him, learn to practice his way of life and invite others to be part of the Jesus community too. This lies at the very heart of what, or better still who, we believe.

Jesus’ words not only guide us in our faith but offer the exciting reminder that everyone of us is invited to be part of what God is going in this world through Jesus.
